My favorite pechenocna chicken in beer sauce. In our family, for some reason, regularly announced by pubs "of nedobitka", which must be disposed of. This recipe is an example of a successful "fight" against beer.

Cooking
To prepare chicken liver (rinsed, to remove the individual films). Sweet pepper cut into quarter-rings. Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil. Put the liver. Fry the liver for 5 minutes on each side. In the end, add to the liver pepper.
Pour the liver with the pepper beer (I had about a Cup). Put Bay leaf, black pepper. Saute the liver 7-10 minutes, until the beer has evaporated the alcohol. At the end add salt. Pechenocna Oktoberfest ready! Bon appetit!
