Cooking
On the eve of the beans soak overnight in cold water. In the morning drain the water, pour fresh water and boil for 30 minutes. In the photo I have already boiled beans.
Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater. Add to the pot the beans, carrots.
Add diced onion and bell pepper (cleaned of course))
Tomato paste dilute with water to make 1 liter of juice (you can also use ready-made tomato juice). Pour the juice over the vegetables, bring to a boil. Add sugar, salt, butter and cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes. Add spices as desired. The number of sugar can be adjusted depending on the acid juice.
Hot salad spread in a warm, sterilized jars, roll up. Don't forget to leave tasting ))
