Description
Rhubarb pudding pie. Is the season of the rhubarb. Rhubarb is an amazing vegetable that looks very similar to burdock. In the food consumed only the petioles (stems) of the plant, they have a delicate sour taste, rhubarb is cooked jellies, compotes, jams, desserts. This pie is perfect for a summer five-o-clock.

Cooking

Powder pudding pour cold milk, add sugar and cook on low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, mix dried cherries and close the pan with foil. Rhubarb wash, peel and cut into small cubes. If the stems are very thick, cut into wedges, lengthwise, in half.
In the form pour the bottom layer of streusel, spread on top of the rhubarb.
Fill with pudding. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. let Cool, cut into pieces and decorate waffle buds.
