Grapefruit wash, cut in half and carefully remove the pulp. Perhaps the most difficult in this recipe, clean slices from the bitter white of the film, if you manage it, then, consider, the salad is almost ready. Peeled slices cut into large pieces. In the resulting "cups" will serve the salad.
