Antipasto of three cheeses
Antipasto ai tre formaggi. Thank you for the idea of recipe Anna Orlandi of Contucci. Very tasty appetizer that can be prepared in different variations.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Blue cheese

    80 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Lettuce

    4 handful

  • Pistachios

    1 handful

  • Greens

    1 handful

Cooking

In a container put the ricotta, Gorgonzola and the grated Grana Padano.

Stir until a homogeneous mass without lumps.

On a plate put the arugula leaves. With the help of a spoon to shape the portions of the curd and spread on top of the arugula. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with grated pistachios and garnish with greens.

Instead of pistachios cheese portion can be roll in paprika or in the Mac (pour honey).
