Warm salad with mushrooms, spinach and quinoa
After seeing this simple and unusual for me salad on the Internet, I immediately wanted to cook it. Probably, I was interested in grits with a mysterious name quinoa (quinoa). I have about a rump, not heard, not to mention how to cook. The result justified and I would even say, surpassed all my expectations, very tasty and unusual. You can serve this salad as a side dish to any meat or fish.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

Grits boil, as indicated on the package. I didn't want to deviate from the original recipe and used quinoa, but if you this cereal is hard to buy, then it can be replaced by couscous.
