Lemon cupcakes
Tender, melt in your mouth muffins, very quickly prepared! This is my first recipe on the Cook, so do not judge strictly))) Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Sugar

    110 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    7 g

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Salt

Mix the flour, salt and baking powder

In a separate bowl whisk in the lush mass of the butter with the sugar, add the eggs

Milk mix with lemon zest

Add to the mixture the milk with the zest, flour, all mix thoroughly until smooth mass

Half-fill a test muffin tins. Put them in a preheated 180 degree oven

After 20 minutes, take out the finished muffins

Optionally, you can decorate cupcakes with frosting, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice. Muffins to be tender, airy, cozy for a family tea party.
