Cake-rolls with almonds and dried fruit
I offer you the recipe for vegetable pie with almonds and dried fruits of pears, peaches and raisins

Ingredients

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Water

    125 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Dried fruits

    200 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

Stir yeast with warm water, add 1 tbsp sugar and salt. Put in a warm place for 5 min.

Flax seeds grind in a coffee grinder, pour 3 tbsp of hot water.

When the mixture of Flaxseed and water will be sticky, add yeast mixture, remaining sugar TM Mistral, vegetable oil, flour and knead the dough

Put the dough in a warm place to raise 2 times. I put in the oven on 40 degrees for about an hour

While the dough rises prepare the filling. Raisins pour boiling water, let stand for 15 minutes, rinse, dry on a paper towel
