Veal ribs with rice Shanghai
I've always wanted to cook something from their books about Chinese cuisine, but until recently it was only collecting dust on a shelf :) Yesterday I finally decided, yay! And I must say that the result exceeded all my expectations! The Chinese have a very interesting approach to cooking, combining tastes, etc. Of the conventional product was very tasty and hearty dish, plus design - romantic dinner you provided!

Ingredients
