1. Protein vzbit in foam, gradually add sugar. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and mixture becomes thick and syrupy. Optionally add the vanilla.
2. Nuts fry on a dry pan. Baking tray lay a parchment. Preheat the oven to 110C. On the parchment is to isolate using a pastry bag a little whipped protein, put a nut on top to isolate, and more protein. I had small nuts, so did a little meringue.
3. To dry the meringues for 1.5 hours, then take it out, remove the parchment, cool and store in a closed container. Of this amount, I got the baking sheet of meringue. Bon appetit!
