To prepare this crunchy snack, we need simple products - oil, flour, rosemary, crab sticks and a delicious Italian Parmesan cheese.
Rosemary it is advisable to take fresh, then the flavor of the cookie would be incredible. Finely chop the herbs and grate the Parmesan. Together with rosemary they make a perfect pair :)
Finely chop the crab sticks, they will add liver tenderness and softness. For the first time are preparing a version that uses shrimp, I will say that were incredibly happy.
In the bowl of a food processor combine all ingredients and knead a tight dough.
Roll the dough into a log, wrap in cling film and leave in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Slice the chilled dough, form a round biscuit.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Ready cookies cool slightly and serve. You can use it as a base for canapés, spread the sauce on top. Don't be afraid of culinary experiments, sometimes it helps to open up the incredible flavor where you didn't expect it!
