Make the dough. I knead the dough using the bread machine, it is possible and manually. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water (220 ml.), add the yeast and leave for 5-10 min before the formation of the cap. Then add the sifted flour, 3 tablespoons sugar, salt, softened butter, vegetable oil, 2 eggs and knead the dough.
Dough knead well, it should be soft, slightly stick to hands. Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil. Wrap and leave in a warm place to increase in volume by half.

Prepare the stuffing. Apples clean, cut into small cubes, folded into a saucepan, add 2 tbsp of sugar (amount of sugar can be korektirovat to taste),30 ml. of water and cook on low heat until soft apples. At the end add the cinnamon (optional) and 1 tablespoon starch. Mix well, turn off the heat and allow to cool.
Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling made from apples. Try to roll the dough out as much as possible in length, so you can roll it ring.
