Lent is coming to an end, and probably all who abide by it slowly "go crazy" to cook and eat. A light dish, not a masterpiece, but at least some variety.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    0.5 plug

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Broccoli chopped in food processor

Chopped diced tomato

Mix the tomato with the broccoli and season with salt. Add the flour and a little water, stir.

Spread with a spoon on a heated pan with sunflower oil. Fry until Golden brown on both sides, in the end cover with a lid and stew for 5 minutes, so the broccoli was soft.
