Description

Easter cake nest
This is a cake that does not need an oven! It is very convenient when the oven is occupied, and for tea you need something to cook and guests after a couple of hours to be on the verge of... the Cake is very original in its composition and looks attractive! I got the idea from a magazine "Vkusno&polezno" with little interpretation. Preparing for Easter, the kids loved it, asked for more, here and decided to show You, dear cooks!

Cooking

step-0
On baking paper put the dish, which then will stand our cake. The dish should be flat, about 20cm in diameter. Draw out a pencil on paper this dish.
step-1
In a water bath melt the chocolate, butter and honey. Do not forget that the bowl of ingredients should not touch the water otherwise the chocolate will overheat and lose its luster.
step-2
Mix the chocolate mixture with the cereal.
step-3
Stir thoroughly to get all the crackers covered with chocolate.
step-4
Spread the mass on the paper outlined a circle in the nest, with the bottom and sidewalls. Leave to completely cool then into the fridge for 30 min.
step-5
From marzipan mass and food coloring sculpt testicles.
step-6
Remove them too in the fridge.
step-7
Whisk the cream with the sugar until peak, beat mascarpone. This is our cream of which we in the nest will make a bed of "peryshkov" for our eggs.
step-8
Cake remove from the paper and put on a plate. Spread the cream in the middle, make a small SAG on the sidewalls of the nest and sprinkle with coconut. Put the testicles. Put into the fridge for another 20-30 minutes or until the guests arrive!
