Cheesecake with white chocolate
Very tender, delicious and quick cheesecake. For a long time it serves, has become sort of a family recipe. Available products and remarkable result. Try it - you will not regret! :)

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

Prepare the necessary products. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Rinse the raisins and steamed with boiling water for 5 minutes.

Cookies grind into crumbs. I did it with a blender. Add the cinnamon and melted butter (60 g). Mix everything carefully.

While cookies are in the oven, prepare a filling. Beat with a mixer cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla.

Melt in a water bath chocolate with the remaining butter. Mix well.

Add the melted chocolate to the cheese. A little whisk everything together with a mixer. Get soft cream mass.

Gently spread the cheese mass on the cake. Send in the oven for about an hour. Leave to cool in the form. Then send in the fridge for a couple hours (and preferably overnight).
