Salad of wild rice with mushrooms
Dishes from the wild rice very well compensate for a deficiency of vitamins and minerals.   • Wild rice

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Marjoram

    0.333 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Mushrooms

Rice can be prepared in advance. In a deep pan (I used a wok) put 2 tablespoons of oil, pour 3 cups of water and bring to boil. Put 1 Cup wild rice and cook with the lid closed, 55-60 minutes.

Onion cut into half rings, garlic finely chopped, mushrooms cut into plates.

Heat in a pan olive oil and fry the onion and garlic until Golden brown.

Add the mushrooms to the onions with garlic, add thyme and marjoram and season with salt.

Add rice and stir. Heat the mushrooms with the rice for a few minutes.

Chop the parsley and sprinkle the rice with mushrooms.
