This pie is the same case when trying to slightly modify the recipe, not get quite what you wanted, but the result is much tastier original ideas)). Tender, flavorful, with a pleasant acidity - highly recommended! This, of course, rather a version of the recipe, based on aspic pie from Таша78, but, unfortunately, the level does not allow to add it as an option, and the share very much!))

Didn't even think that I make the recipe, so no step by step photos. It so happened that stayed with me the glass is ground (in a blender) with the sugar and currants, you had to attach it somewhere. The choice fell on the filler cake, which I have long wanted to try. And I decided to do it on the sly: will I have a layer of cookie dough on top - smetana fill, and in between the sour prosloechkoy of currants. And, of course, when poured on currants fill, all of it mixed up. I was upset that throw will have, but look - so beautiful it's all mixed up!Well, I decided to take a chance, put it in the oven. The result is awesome!! Beautiful, delicious, fragrant, not too sweet. Overall, the pancake was not lumpy. Even the guests are not ashamed to apply.
