Stuffed onions
Offer another variantik meatless meals. The filling can, of course, any of them, but I suggest my favorite: buckwheat, mushrooms and onions. You have in mind for the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Mushrooms and onions fry in vegetable oil.

Add to it buckwheat. Part of the reserve for mushroom sauce.

Left the mushrooms sprinkle with flour. Add a thin stream of hot water, to the desired thickness of the sauce. Switch off the stove and let it brew the sauce.

From the cupolas of the cut of the cap, carefully take out the middle. For 2 minutes, drop it into boiling water to get rid of bitterness.
