Mackerel smoked at home
Very delicious fish with smoke flavor, it is good to serve with pureskill, and it is good to use for preparation of salads.

Ingredients

Mackerel wash, remove the head, viscera and tail, wash, cut into pieces. Onions cut into rings, half to use for the marinade. Marinade: onion, sliced lemon, salt, spices. Marinate the fish for 30 minutes.

Take a saucepan and put on the bottom of the second part of the onions, then the fish from the marinade, Lavrushka, the marinade and top with the sprigs of parsley. Top pour vegetable oil, tea and add liquid smoke. Cook over low heat for 2 hours. Fish turns out very tender. Serve with a side dish, we love it with mashed potatoes.
