The chicken chop into pieces.
Squeeze the juice from one orange. In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, herbs. The marinade add to chicken, mix thoroughly and put under the press for a couple of hours in the fridge.
Cut into slices of the second orange. Chicken put in a baking dish with high edges, between the slices lay the slices of orange. On top of the chicken pour the remaining Cup of marinade.
