Beet salad with raspberries from Belonika
From the book "About food. About wine. Provence." Light, wonderful and unusual salad perfect for diet.

Ingredients

  • Vinegar

  • Olive oil

  • Raspberry

    200 g

Beets boiled or baked, zucchini RUB with oil and bake in the oven at 220 g. Here our ingredients are Cleaned and cut into medium slices. With zucchini squeeze out the water!
