Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    175 g

  • Cocoa powder

    6 Tbsp

  • Milk

    8 Tbsp

  • Baby waffle

The first thing we will do is prepare our nuts. To do this, just put them together with sugar (4 tbsp) on fire.

The sugar should completely dissolve. Just watch out for him, he must not burn, otherwise it will have to start again. Pour the mixture on a plate, well greased, let it cool and then grind in blender.

On another plate put large nuts (they then go into the stuffing) separately from each other, so as not stuck together.

Now prepare the cookie dough. To do this, melt the butter, add sour cream, soda, vanilla sugar, the pounded yolks of boiled eggs, add sifted flour and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into two parts and podnesem one of them crushed caramel-nut mass. Remove the dough in the cold for 40 minutes.

Then from the test (from both sides) we make the balls size of a walnut, putting into each previously prepared a large nut in caramel. Spread baking paper on a baking sheet, and on top of our balls. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Again, prepare the caramel, take 12 spoons of brown sugar heated so that the sugar is dissolved and omit the caramel baked our beads. They need to completely cover the caramel. Put the finished balls on a greased plate.

Now prepare the glaze: mix sugar, cocoa, milk and cook until thick on low heat. Then remove from the heat and add the butter.

Apply glasur chocolate into balls, then coat in wafer crumbs. I even rolled out some candy in the remains of the caramel-walnut mass.
