Horseradish cream sauce
A very interesting taste. Perfect for meat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Horseradish

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggs boil and grate on a fine grater.

Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, all mix well.

Pour the cream. Beat with a mixer. Continuing to whisk, add 2 tablespoons of horseradish. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours to infuse. Before serving add another 1 tablespoon of horseradish and whip.
