Cooking
First need of rice and 0.5 liter of milk to cook quite viscous porridge. Then RUB through a sieve or blend in foodprocessor.
RUB the yolks with butter.
Then add 1 tablespoon of sugar, rice and mashed potatoes 0.5 Cup pumpkin puree.
Pour the flour and yeast, mix well. Next you need to pour in the dough 200 ml of warm milk. Stir well and put in a warm place for 40-45 minutes.
Beat the whites to a froth with a pinch of salt and mix with the approaching test. If it is too thick, add some more milk. Bake pancakes in oiled pan.
Now let's get to the sauce. For this we will need an orange, pumpkin puree, sugar, milk and cardamom. Honestly, instead of orange I used the "cake" left over from the orange ovogo drink, it will take 3-4 tbsp. of Orange, you will need to parboil, cut into pieces, remove the seeds and grind in a blender. Put the pan on a medium heat. Pour the sugar, add a couple tablespoons of milk and wait for the melting of sugar. Then send to the same pumpkin and orange puree, and milk. Then about 15 minutes, add cardamom and keep frying for another couple of minutes. If necessary, beat again blender.
To serve pancakes, watering them with the sauce.
