Baguette or bread is not all that you can be served at Breakfast, sometimes you want something different. Normal rolls that you can buy cheap, often have the taste of paper. Ingredients marked with a large number of CMV some "E". I bring to your attention the excellent rolls recipe: with a crispy crust and airy crumb, from readily available products, and what's more important, you can bake and freeze for future use. In the batter instead of walnuts you can put almonds or sun-dried tomatoes and rosemary, or olives... for imagination has no boundaries.
Cooking
Water and milk to heat and mix with yeast and honey. Add the flour, salt and mix well. Add nuts and knead well the dough. Cover with a towel and let the dough rise (1.5–2 hours). I have this process simplified by laying all the products in the bread maker.
