Casserole with fish
Well... I love casseroles! Here is another variantik cooking with fish and boiled vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Salt

  • Fish

    0.5 kg

Potatoes and carrots boil, cool, peel. Form of grease with vegetable oil. 1st layer - half of the grated carrots and chopped onions and scalded. To grease with mayonnaise.

2nd layer half of the potato slices and mayonnaise. If the potatoes are unsalted, then season with a little salt.

3rd layer - fish fillets, cut into small pieces, add few salt and grease with mayonnaise.

4th layer - remaining onions and carrots+a little mayonnaise.

5th layer second half of potatoes and a little Mayo.

6-th layer - grated on a coarse grater cheese.

Duhovochku sent in a preheated (180 degrees) for 30-40 minutes. Water is not needed! Mayonnaise is not to overdo it!!!
