A very simple recipe for incredibly flavorful mustard with apples. The idea of Alla Kovalchuk, but with my adjustments. Spicy, but also sweet and fruity mustard. My family she is not indifferent, I hope like you!

Cooking
Apples peeled, cut into four pieces, get rid of the core.
Apples wrap in foil and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. After the apples cool.
Once the apples cooled start preparing the mustard. Suggest not take mustard powder and whole grain mustard, because the powder can be a bunch of strange additives. It is better still to take the grain and grind in a coffee grinder.

Add Apple cider vinegar and also mix.
