Cooking
Cut onion finely and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan until Golden brown. Add to the onions, finely chopped mushrooms, salt and simmer until cooked mushrooms (until complete evaporation of the liquid). Mushrooms to cool.
To prepare the chicken Breasts (wash, dry). Put the brisket in a plastic bag and beat thoroughly on all sides. Salt and pepper the breast.
Cucumber cut crosswise into thin slices. Set aside in a separate bowl 1 Cup of cooked mushrooms, mix them with nterim on medium grater cheese. Set aside while them to the side. With the rest of the mushrooms, proceed as follows. On the table lay prepared chicken breast and distribute them to the mushrooms. Cut slices of cucumbers put on half Breasts.
Put the breast in the form (the form does not lubricated). On top of the Breasts prepared spread cheese with mushrooms.
Bake in pre-heated oven to 200 degrees on the LOWER level, 30 minutes, then temperature was raised to 250 degrees, put the shape on the MIDDLE level and bake for 25 minutes.
