Description
Frankly, the idea is not mine. Wandering through a foreign Internet, I found this recipe. But as luck would have it, Sonny ran up, pressed the button on the system unit also came finished - the link is not preserved, I had time to read the ingredients and proportions don't remember. In General, doing random, but it turned out very tasty and satisfying. I had the cakes out of the refrigerator about 3 days and was not damaged :)

Cooking
Here are my pears. Grade not know took what was in the store. They taste sweet, but not too soft. Such we need.
Pear cut into large cubes. And are beginning to dry on a preheated frying pan on parchment. No more than 15 minutes!!! Cool.
Cut the chocolate or break.
Melt the margarine. Cool.
Make the dough. Melted margarine, beat 1 egg, add sugar, 200 gr flour, cream, baking powder, baking soda. A good whisk.
Mix dried pears, chocolate and dough. Knead with a spoon! This mixture will turn slightly watery.
Add about 200 grams of flour - a little bit. The slurry should not be spread on the surface.
Spread on a working surface, forming a cake, cut like a pizza.
Each piece spread with a spatula on a baking sheet. And bake in a preheated oven (200 gr.) 15 minutes.
During these 15 minutes we had to whip the protein of 2 eggs, 1.5 tbsp. sugar, vanilla and salt. In a thick foam.
Take out from the oven our cake. Each put beaten egg white, decorate with sprinkles and back in the oven remove for 5-7 minutes.
