Cooking
In a large bowl and pour 200 grams of flour, yeast, salt and pepper, mix well.
One by one enter the eggs.
Combine wine and vegetable oil.
Add a mixture of wine and oil to the flour.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Add cheese and ham to the dough and mix well.
Gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough. Cover it with a cloth and let rest 30 min. the Dough should stretch (as if it is rubber)
Baking tray lay baking paper (grease the paper with oil), put the dough in the form of bread. Bake on medium heat for 40 min. (my oven without a thermometer, so I just baked until Golden brown and readiness checked with a skewer)
