Pike grilled cheese
Often pay attention to the recipes written on the bags from under seasoning. So decided to try. It's quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Fish wash, peel and cut into pieces (I had a pike).

Mix the seasoning for the fish with 3 tsp oil (olive recipe, but I took sunflower).

The fish pieces to coat with the mixture and lay on pan. Fry each side on medium heat for 5 minutes

Grate cheese on a grater. When the fish is browned, sprinkle cheese on top

Cover with a lid. Give the cheese to melt for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Serve with fresh salad, boiled rice, potatoes or just eat it. Bon appetit!
