Salmon steaks baked in the oven... Very tasty dish, quickly prepared, suitable for the festive table, tai and for a quiet family dinner. The fruit of my experiments

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

For best effect, better fish to marinate for an hour and a half. Marinade sauce - one onion, rubbed on a fine grater, salt, pepper, a little mayonnaise. But even if you don't have time for this, don't worry, everything is going to be delicious! :) And now! Cut onion, pepper and garlic rings. If the pan is too big (like me) - foil make a reduced version of it, the picture shows how to do it. Well-lubricated with sunflower oil, and layers, arrange the onion - pepper - garlic.

Cilantro - lover. Many do not like the smell, so do not insist, but tell half a bundle of this grass will warm up hands, torn (not cut), and place on a baking sheet.

Fish sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with spices and spread on onions. (if marinated, respectively, spread at once). Regarding the spices - we market sell spices "For all", I don't know what exactly goes in there, but obviously there is red pepper ;) Actually taste, who likes what, seasoning for a shish kebab is also great! Put all this beauty in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. And they themselves prepare the filling-the filling - half a Cup of mayonnaise diluted with water (can add cheese) and three cheese on a coarse grater.

After 20 minutes, pour the fish with mayonnaise mixture, sprinkle with cheese. This time I used smoked tail - interesting effect. And Dutch cheese - is great.

After 10 minutes, yummy finish. A baking sheet full of funky fish gravy... the Fish turns out very juicy! Nice!
