Candy
It's very simple, austere. But very tasty - little princesses will love.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    200 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Sesame

    4 Tbsp

  • Topping pastry

What we will need. For dessert, you will need a paper capsule (with a diameter of 2.5 cm base) - 38 PCs.

Chocolate to break into pieces.

First melt dark chocolate. I heated in the microwave: 20 seconds on full power. Mix well the ground. If necessary, microwave another 10 seconds (power of microwaves may be different).

A pastry brush (or use a small coffee spoon) to coat the inner surface of the paper capsules. For convenience, it is better to use backing from some a box of chocolates, because a paper capsule and a soft bend in arms.

After all the capsules are coated with dark chocolate, put them in the freezer. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate.

Mix it with seeds (I had sesame seeds) or finely crushed nuts. As I left the dark chocolate, I added white, although this is optional. The filling to be soft colors "coffee with milk".

Spread the filling on/in frozen chocolate capsules with a teaspoon. If the candy is lightly shaken, the filling settles evenly, I specifically left "peaks".

In the center of each candy (for whipped, but sharp quilts) carefully lay the "pea" Golden sugar balls. Then, put candy in the freezer for 10 minutes.

With frozen chocolates and gently lift out the nail, remove the paper capsules (they have to tear), and, optionally, place the finished candies in fresh capsules.

Substrate from sweets to wash and dry, and again put our candy.
