Cheese cakes 2
The experiment continues... this is the second version of cheese cakes with different types of cheese and another \"highlight\".

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Tomato

    6 piece

  • Seasoning

    2 Tbsp

here is a selection of cheeses and our \"highlight\" - dried tomatoes

Grind the flour with the butter, salt and soda

added 3 types of cheese, grated on a coarse grater, and chopped dry tomatoes, Italian herbs (the ready mix)

spread on a baking sheet on the baking paper, keeping the distance

Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes (until it will turn brown)
