Cooking
1. Pear clean, cut into slices. Sprinkle with grated zest from 0.5 lemon and stir.
2. Take 5-6 eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Half of the sugar (and vanilla sugar) add to the yolks and beat with a mixer until the doubling mass. The second half of the sugar is added to proteins and beat with mixer 3 min.

5. Pour the rest of the test. Bake in preheated oven at 180*C for 40 min.
