Chicken baked in cream sauce
The pieces in this sauce turn out very tender, with a flavor of pepper. An excellent option for the Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

Pepper bake in the oven, put them in the bag, tie and leave for 5 mins Then remove and peel and seeds. Slice.

Heat the oil, put finely shredded onion and garlic. Fry for about 2-3 min. Put the onion-garlic mixture in a blender, add the chopped pepper, soy sauce, sour cream, pepper and grind in a blender until smooth.

The chicken chop into pieces, put into a greased mold and pour the sauce.

Bake at t=180 is approximately 50-60 min.

You can serve it with any side dish.
