Carnival is one of the most joyful and bright holidays. The whole week people came up after the boring winter, bake pancakes and goes to each other's homes. These pancakes have a distinct taste of beer, which really goes well with taste of red caviar. With a holiday you, dear cooks! With The Carnival!

Cooking
The egg yolks to separate from proteins. Well mash yolks with sour cream, salt, sugar.
Pour 1 Cup of beer, and the whole mass stir with a whisk. Add the flour, stir, pour the remaining beer and beat well with a whisk.
Separately vzbit in foam 2 protein and carefully enter in the pancake batter.
Pour the prepared dough on a greased hot pan and bake pancakes. Sear them on one or both sides depending on further use (with filling or without it). We had pancakes with red caviar. ;-)
