Cooking

step-0
If the shrimp is fresh, I recommend to marinate them before cooking in soy sauce and orange juice (ratio 1:1), a pinch of mixed spices and salt. Shrimp stew in a small amount of water along with the marinade.
step-1
Prepared large prawns cut into small cubes, small leave whole. Pineapple cut into small cubes, red onion, finely chopped, with lime to remove the zest.
step-2
In a frying pan heat a little olive oil, lightly fry the onion and pineapple, add the 1st. L. soy sauce and pineapple juice, a pinch of mixed spices and ground coriander. If you take cooked frozen shrimp (pre-thawed), then add them at this stage. Saute for a minute.
step-3
Pour coconut milk, cook, stirring, just 30-40 seconds, as the milk thickens quickly.
step-4
Add shrimp, mix well. The food is ready. Slightly sweet in taste, tender and juicy. Optionally, you can add diced cheese. The taste will be more spicy. Serve portions sprinkled with lime zest, in a warm and chilled.
