Buckwheat in Boyarsky in the pan
This dish is just a lifesaver for home family dinner. Very satisfying, tasty, not expensive food and fast cooking.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Green onions

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Onions (one onion) cut into small cubes and fry until transparent in vegetable oil (1 tbsp), pan.

Take any mushrooms, is, of course, the forest, but, for lack of, took the cooked mushrooms. Mushrooms finely chop.
