Gedza with pork and Chinese cabbage
In Japan, as in China and other countries in Southeast Asia, ahead of the New year, which according to the Chinese lunar calendar is celebrated in early spring, prepare the dumplings. Just called they have gyoza. The first time I tried them when vacationing in Thailand in a small cafe Japanese cuisine located in a shopping center with Tukcom (TukCom). Cabbage finely chop.

In a bowl add cabbage, green onions, ground pork, soy sauce (I have a soy teriyaki sauce TM Kikkoman), passed through the press garlic, grated on a fine grater ginger. Salt and pepper to taste.

Knead the minced meat. Allow to stand while preparing the dough.
