Potatoes with carrots, baked in the oven with aromatic Italian herbs, parsley and chives! It turns out hearty, brightly flavored!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    6 sprig

  • Green onions

    4 sprig

Potatoes and carrots clean, wash. Cut the potatoes into large chunks. Pieces to chop carrots. The ratio of potatoes and carrots adjust, given the tastes of their loved ones)))

In a small bowl to combine oil, slightly prisolit, add black pepper and spices. Mix well.

Put into a bowl with pieces of vegetables, season with salt to taste, and pour the fragrant oil and mix thoroughly.

Line a baking sheet or in a convenient form with parchment paper, spread the vegetables. Send bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. During the roasting vegetables 2-3 times gently to mix. Remove the cooked vegetables from the oven, sprinkle with coarsely chopped parsley and green onions, again stir gently.
