Delicious, healthy cauliflower in crispy batter, cooked in the oven. This hot vegetable snack easy to prepare, even a novice cook. Cauliflower does not give a lot of juice and so stays crisp, making it a perfect dish.

Cooking
Cauliflower washed and disassembled into small florets
In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, salt, paprika, oregano, white pepper, chili pepper, garlic powder and cheese, grated on a fine grater.
To the cauliflower add the flour, mix well. In a separate bowl beat the eggs, season with salt to taste.
Take the cabbage, dip on all sides in egg, then in breading mixture and lay out on a baking sheet. I used non-stick pad, and you can take parchment paper, greased. Put it into the oven, heated to a temperature of 210-220 gr.
Baking time by about 20-30 minutes. Kale turns crispy on top due to the breading and soft inside.
This spicy cauliflower can be served with any sauce of your choice. I did so-and-blended sour cream, garlic, dill, added a little bit of mayonnaise. Cabbage is also very tasty, delicious and healthy because it is cooked without oil and bake in the oven.
