Flavorful new potatoes wrapped in bacon and grilled, serve as an excellent complement to any dish!

To prepare this dish we need just 3 ingredients.
Young potatoes wash very well and boil in unsalted water until almost cooked. We need to be pierced with a wooden skewer and, if it has not collapsed. Hot potato from all sides to pour soy sauce from TM "Kikkoman".
First skewer to puncture 2 long thin slice of bacon, then wrapping in bacon, skewered potatoes.
Put the skewers with the potatoes on the grill and bake on the coals on the grill until Browning bacon.
It's also possible to bake potatoes in the oven.
I was served potato skewers with stuffed mushrooms with quail.
It was very tasty!
