Cooking
The brisket (it is better to choose meat low-fat) lard with a sharp knife thin wedges of garlic.
Onion peels (it can take more), Bay leaf, pepper and salt pour boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Stuffed brisket placed in brine and boil for 1 hour.
Even the hot meat generously roll them in spices for barbecue with smoke TM Forester and cooling (better to put under the press). Wrap in parchment and store in the fridge. And it is better to entertain family and friends!
