Chicken fillet with spicy mango
Interesting, exotic accent to the dish. Wild mango is characterized by a sour taste and thick pulp (you can take regular, but the sugar did not add, if mangoes are sweet). Stewed in spices, it goes well with fried chicken. Tender meat with spicy fruity notes. The dish can be served both warm and cold at snack time.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 pinch

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mango

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • Pepper Cayenne

  • Carnation

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice, add the mustard, garlic, missed through chesnokodavku, mix peppers and salt to taste. To leave aside.

Wild mango peeled, cut into thin slices. Wild mango pulp is more dense and with a pleasant acidity. If you take the usual mango, choose not too ripe fruit, and guided by sweetness, should you add sugar to the marinade (I think with the usual mango sugar would be superfluous).

To prepare the marinade. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, cloves, sugar and a little finely chopped hot pepper (Cayenne or chili )

In a small non-stick pan put mango, and pour prepared marinade. Cook on medium heat until the liquid evaporates (about 5-7 minutes), carefully turning the mango pieces with a spatula.

In a small frying pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the chicken pieces. Not much to fry (literally 5 minutes, depending on size of pieces), so the meat does not dry up. Can be served by combining the chicken with mango, or just lay out separately on the same plate. To eat, to pick up on a fork a piece of chicken and a slice of mango at the same time.
