Orange zest
Cooking
Prepare svejenatertogo zest of one orange.
Finely chop the butter. The cake is quite oily, so can slightly reduce the number of oil.
Beat with a mixer the butter with the sugar until the consistency is light light cream.
One input of the eggs, continuing to whisk.
Add the honey, orange zest and pine nuts.
Spread the batter in the pan, greased or covered with baking paper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
