Cheese, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add warmed up to room temperature butter. To interfere, until the mixture is smooth and airy.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder in the egg-cottage cheese, knead the dough. And leave for 30 min.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Boil the rice until half ready, cool.
Boil eggs, let cool, coarsely chop.
Finely chop the green onions.
All mix, salt to taste, add 1 tablespoon of butter.
Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces (I got 11). Form the pies: roll the piece of dough into a pancake, place 1-2 tablespoons of the filling, stung the "flagellum".
Put patties on oiled and covered with parchment baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg. And... in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
