A wonderful cake for Mann yeasted pastry with a delicate aroma of coffee, vanilla and cinnamon. And nadinochka of raisins and walnuts gives it an unusually wonderful taste. I found this recipe on one of the sites on the Internet, changed a few things and it turned out a brand new recipe very tasty cake!

Cooking
Cook semolina 250 ml milk and 2 spoons of semolina, add 1 tsp of coffee, mix well. Cool slightly until warm.
Add dry yeast, stir, saucepan cover with a lid and leave it for 15-29 minutes. In a separate dish, mix margarine or butter (I have 50:50) with 6 tbsp sugar.
Add 2 eggs and a protein (yolk to postpone for greasing the top of the pie), mix well, combine with cereal, pour the flour, knead the dough. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
Make filling: mix the soaked and squeezed raisins, grated walnuts (add 2 tbsp for sprinkling top of pie), 2 tbsp of sugar and the sachet of vanilla. Stuffing can do according to your wish - apples, raisins, cherries with sugar, etc., well, in General what you like.
A greased form, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina, with wet hands, spread 1/2 of the dough and flatten.
On the dough put the filling, smooth.
On top of the filling to distribute pieces of dough in a chaotic manner.
Put in the hot oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Then get the pie, brush with egg yolk.
Make the topping: mix 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp. walnuts and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle top of cake and put back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Powder need to do in advance to remove the cake, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle.
