Unusual pie is delicious... very recommended))) In puff pastry pancakes alternating with two toppings: mushroom and rice-egg -- all shrouded in a light, unobtrusive touch of creamy Bechamel sauce... Great as a Breakfast on the nature and (if you pre-freeze a couple of pancakes), and unexpected guests will lead to a complete delight...

Let's start with the first filling. Rice wash thoroughly, boil in two cups of water with salt, seasonings (I have dried carrots and greens) and a couple tbsp of vegetable oil. I figure from boiled eggs.
