Pork, stuffed with meat
Called a prescription strange, almost "oil oil", wanted to emphasize the point: pork tenderloin stuffed with minced meat. This combination gave a good result - both in taste and appearance. I hope that in anticipation of the Christmas holidays, my recipe will be useful to someone. Vegetarians are asked not to look.

Since pork tenderloin is rather dry, I decided to stuff it more fatty minced meat.
